Refunds

Shipping Charges
Veloura Living proudly offers Free Shipping on all orders within the United States.
Because no shipping fee is charged on eligible orders, there are generally no original shipping charges to refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted if the order has already entered processing, packaging, or shipment preparation.
Once processing has begun, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
